Earn Gracy Points (GP) by actively engaging in your workplace!

What is Gracy Reward? Gracy’s employee rewards and recognition program celebrates and amplifies employee actions and achievements, fostering engagement with teammates and the company. Gracy operates on a point-based system, where Gracy Points (GP) are used to redeem rewards. Rewards and recognition are given together, allowing employees to redeem points for rewards such as Gracy Tokens ($GRACY).

How to Earn GP?

✅ Give & Receive Recognition (Grace) Both the person giving and receiving recognition earn GP, making appreciation even more rewarding!

✅ Participate in Whiteboard Share your thoughts and engage in discussions to collect GP.

✅ Get the Correct Answer in Shuffle Solve your assigned word challenge correctly and earn GP.

How to Use GP?

Accumulated GP can be redeemed based on your organization’s settings—whether for Gracy token($GRACY), perks, benefits, or company rewards!

  1. Go to Gracy Dashboard

  2. Click on the Reward Page and Select Swap

  3. Follow the steps and you will be able to swap GP in to $GRACY.
