**What is Gracy Reward?**\
Gracy’s employee rewards and recognition program celebrates and amplifies employee actions and achievements, fostering engagement with teammates and the company. Gracy operates on a point-based system, where Gracy Points (GP) are used to redeem rewards. Rewards and recognition are given together, allowing employees to redeem points for rewards such as Gracy Tokens ($GRACY).&#x20;

**How to Earn GP?**

✅ **Give & Receive Recognition (Grace)**\
Both the person giving and receiving recognition earn GP, making appreciation even more rewarding!

✅ **Participate in Whiteboard**\
Share your thoughts and engage in discussions to collect GP.

✅ **Get the Correct Answer in Shuffle**\
Solve your assigned word challenge correctly and earn GP.

**How to Use GP?**

Accumulated GP can be redeemed based on your organization’s settings—whether for Gracy token($GRACY), perks, benefits, or company rewards!

1. Go to **Gracy Dashboard**&#x20;
2. Click on the **Reward** Page and Select **Swap**&#x20;
3. Follow the steps and you will be able to swap GP in to $GRACY.&#x20;
