**Grace** helps you publicly celebrate achievements and recognize your colleagues, fostering a culture of appreciation within your team.

**1. Mention @Gracy and @Recipient**

In any Gracy-enabled channel, tag both @Gracy and the person you want to recognize (@Recipient). You can tag multiple people to recognize a group.

🔹 Example: `@Gracy Huge thanks to @Alex and @James for leading the project!`

**2. Write Your Message of Appreciation**

Describe **why** you’re recognizing them. Be specific and sincere—recognition has the most impact when it’s genuine!

✨ **Bonus:** Gracy will automatically generate an encouraging comment based on your message.

**3. Assign Core Values (Optional)**

After sending your recognition, you can add relevant **core values** that align with their achievement.

💡 Not sure which values to choose? Gracy AI can suggest them for you! You can also customize core values in **Grace Settings**.
